This project seeks to reinvestigate the Vtech product line strategy and to develop ownable product language that help reinforce long term brand image.
The processes including competitor analysis, existing product portfolio analysis, competition product language research, and then to formulate design elements that are unique to Vtech brand.
The Challenge is to balance the consistence in design language yet remain enough flexibility for product line differentiation and expansion.
