The ability to uncover “true but not obvious” customer insights is arguably the most important asset in an innovation team.

It means the team can uncover new & valuable customer needs better than competitors to inspire more desirable innovations!

In today’s UX sharing, we start with the Empathy Map tool discussion, then introduce and practiced how to use the advance PROBE technique to uncover deeper insights.

While it requires more practices to master PROBE technique, I hope we can all learn one or two things from the session and find it useful to practice more at work.
