This is an interesting project by a design school students in Rotterdam, to investigate the retooling of industrial low-tech appliances and gadgets for alternative kitchen experience.
For me, the explorations re-introduce the forgotten beauty of hand-made meals, as well as the embedded love and passion in traditional food preparations. The use of laser cut on rollware is a nice touch to bridge technology with craft, which produce beautiful edible dishware!
