I have a confession to make:

“I’ve been obsessed with driving product and business innovation for 25 years.”

Innovation Journey

People are often curious about how I know so much about innovation across so many different industries. I rarely share what it took to acquire those skills — constantly reinventing myself, from Justin 1.0 to Justin 4.0.

Over the years, I’ve built and led hundreds of product and business innovation initiatives with my own hands: from designing the award-winning phone that was used by Iron Man in a Hollywood movie, to shipping a solo Kickstarter project to 20+ countries, to helping an SME owner transform OEM manufacturing into ODM and OBM businesses — from concept and tooling to a trade-show launch in 9 months.

I’ve also led AI and digital transformation programmes for a multinational across 7 countries, selling 100,000 AI devices, and driven billion-dollar FMCG brands’ portfolio revamp in China to turn the business around.

I’ve applied these multidisciplinary capabilities inside well-known multinationals, for my consulting clients, while coaching tech startups, and in the university classrooms.
